| - | Ο χρήστης, αφού αναζητήσει την αίτηση μιας εταιρείας, μπορεί να την επεξεργαστεί πατώντας το κουμπί στην κολόνα Διαχείριση. Στην οθόνη προβάλλεται όλη η πληροφορία για την αίτηση σε δύο πάνελ. Το πάνελ Στοιχεία αίτησης προβάλλει όλη την πληροφορία που έχει καταχωρηθεί στην αίτηση. Σε περίπτωση που χρειαστεί η επεξεργασία/διόρθωση των στοιχείων λόγω λανθασμένης καταχώρησης, αυτό μπορεί να γίνει από το κουμπί Επεξεργασία στο κάτω μέρος του πάνελ. Εμφανίζεται παράθυρο που προσφέρει πεδία επεξεργασίας για όλα τα στοιχεία ταξινομημένα σε τρεις διαδοχικές καρτέλες Βασικά στοιχεία, Αναλυτικά στοιχεία και Περιγραφή κόστους. Στο πάνελ [[Χώρες_αναφοράς|Χώρες αναφοράς]] (στο κάτω μέρος της οθόνης) προβάλλεται η πληροφορία που έχει καταθέσει η εταιρεία για την κυκλοφορία του προϊόντος σε κάποιες από τις χώρες αναφοράς, αν βέβαια κάτι τέτοιο απαιτείται από τον τύπο της αίτησης. Αν για την επεξεργασία της αίτησης απαιτείται η καταγραφή στοιχείων και από άλλες χώρες αναφοράς, αυτό θα γίνει στην λειτουργία Χώρες αναφοράς. (Αν ο χρήστης τις προσθέσει εδώ θα αλλοιώσει την αίτηση της εταιρείας). Τονίζεται ότι η λειτουργία Διαχείριση αίτησης μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και στην περίπτωση που οι Φαρμακευτικές Υπηρεσίες έχουν παραλάβει μια αίτηση σε έγγραφο (hardcopy) και χρειάζεται να γίνει καταχώρηση της αίτησης σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή από προσωπικό των Φαρμακευτικών Υπηρεσιών (χρησιμοποιώντας το κουμπί ''Εισαγωγή ''). Τα στοιχεία που αφορούν την ονομασία του Κ.Α.Κ., το φαρμακευτικό προϊόν και τις συσκευασίες του αντλούνται απευθείας από τα αρχεία των εταιρειών και φαρμάκων που τηρούνται στη βάση δεδομένων των Φαρμακευτικών Υπηρεσιών. After a search request, the next step is to initiate the administrative procedure for processing the application. This is achieved by pressing the button procedure in line recording. With the start of a process request is automatically transferred to the panel proceedings and is now searchable by agency procedures.
