Η οθόνη αποτελείται από δύο πάνελ. Τονίζεται ότι η ονομασία του Κ.Α.Κ. και του φαρμακευτικού προϊόντος αντλούνται κατ’ ευθείαν από τη βάση δεδομένων των Φαρμακευτικών Υπηρεσιών.
