By the usage of the form Add D.M.F. the user can insert all necessary data of a new D.M.F.:

• Substance | Scientific substance name
• Type | Biological, Drug Master, File, Vaccine Antigen Master File
• Number | Document number
• Holder | Company-holder
• Insert date | Insert date
• Update date | Update date
• Assessment date | Assessment date
• Assessment | Assessment text

and click the Add button.
